Florida High School Basketball - Hollywood Hills knocked off by Monarch
December 16, 2022: Coconut Creek, FL 33073 The Monarch Knights basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Hollywood Hills Spartans to 49 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Flanagan for a non-league contest on Monday, December 19. Monarch will meet a Falcons team coming off a 77-20 non-league loss to Boyd Anderson (Lauderdale Lakes, FL). The Falcons record now stands at 1-4.
The Spartans (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Miramar (Miramar, FL). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Miramar ran past Nova (Davie, FL), 34-28, in a non-league contest.
