North Carolina High School Basketball - Raleigh Christian Academy crushes Wayne Country Day
December 16, 2022: Raleigh, NC 27604 Raleigh Christian Academy Eagles (Raleigh, NC) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Wayne Country Day Chargers (Goldsboro, NC), 76-33 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Raleigh Christian Academy upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Henderson Collegiate (Henderson, NC) to play the Pride in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Pride come into the bout with a record of 0-3. Henderson Collegiate lost 58-55 in their recent non-league bout against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC)
Next up, the Chargers play the O'Neal Falcons (Southern Pines, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Wayne Country Day will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 50-27 league win over Carolina Friends (Durham, NC).
