Minnesota High School Basketball - Park Christian can't hold off Barnesville
December 16, 2023: Moorhead, MN 56560 The Barnesville Trojans basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Park Christian Falcons to 46 in the Trojans non-league victory on Saturday.
The Trojans now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Menahga for a AA Section 8 contest on Tuesday, December 19. Barnesville will battle a Braves team coming off a 56-34 non-league win over New York Mills (New York Mills, MN). The Braves record now stands at 3-2.
The Falcons (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fosston (Fosston, MN). The Greyhounds come into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Fosston edged Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] (Climax, MN), 47-39, in a league contest.
