Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Junction City Bluejays (Junction City, KS) and the visiting Bishop Carroll Golden Eagles (Wichita, KS), saw Junction City's basketball squad hold off Bishop Carroll by a tally of 55-51.

With the victory, Junction City improves its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Bluejays host Washburn Rural (Topeka, KS) to confront the Blues in a Centennial challenge on Tuesday, January 2.
