Lincoln North Star Navigators (Lincoln, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Buena Vista (Omaha, NE), 72-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lincoln North Star upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Navigators travel to Lincoln High (Lincoln, NE) to play the Links in a A District TBD bout on Thursday, January 4. The Links go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Lincoln High won 65-59 in their recent league bout against Omaha South (Omaha, NE)

Next up, the play the Millard West Wildcats (Omaha, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Buena Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 81-65 league loss to Gretna (Gretna, NE).
