Shekinah Christian Flames (Plain City, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cristo Rey Cougar (Columbus, OH), 59-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Shekinah Christian upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Flames travel to Berne Union (Sugar Grove, OH) to play the Rockets in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Rockets go into the bout with a record of 0-5.

Next up, the Cougar play the Centennial Stars (Columbus, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Cristo Rey will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
