Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Emmaus nudges Governor Mifflin
December 16, 2023: Shillington, PA 19607 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Emmaus Hornets (Emmaus, PA) basketball squad nipped the host Governor Mifflin Mustangs (Shillington, PA), by a margin of 62-56.
The Hornets (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty (Bethlehem, PA). The Hurricanes go into the Lehigh Valley outing with a 6-0 record. In their last outing, Liberty got by Dallas (Dallas, PA), 49-44, in a non-league outing.
The Mustangs now own a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Reading for a Berks County 1 outing on Tuesday, December 19. Governor Mifflin will clash with a Red KNights squad coming off a 78-54 non-league loss to Imhotep Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Red KNights record now stands at 2-3.
