Idaho High School Basketball - Lewiston overwhelms Sandpoint
December 16, 2023: Lewiston, ID 83501 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Lewiston Bengals (Lewiston, ID) and the visiting Sandpoint Bulldogs (Sandpoint, ID), saw Lewiston's basketball squad wallop Sandpoint by a tally of 72-51.
With the victory, Lewiston improves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Kendrick (Kendrick, ID) to play the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 6-0. Kendrick won 82-26 in their recent league challenge against Timberline (Weippe, ID)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Kellogg Wildcats (Kellogg, ID) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 21. Sandpoint will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 39-23 non-league win over Wallace (Wallace, ID).
