December 16, 2023: Chicago Heights, IL 60411 The Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) basketball knocked off the host Marian Catholic Spartans (Chicago Heights, IL), 54-46 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Antioch (Antioch, IL). The Sequoits go into the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Antioch notched a victory over Boylan Catholic (Rockford, IL), 61-41, in a non-league test.
The Spartans now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Agricultural Science for a non-league test on Sunday, December 17. Marian Catholic will encounter a Cyclones squad coming off a 69-67 league loss to Carver (Chicago, IL). The Cyclones record now stands at 5-4.
