Iowa High School Basketball - Moline overwhelms North Scott
December 16, 2023: Eldridge, IA 52748 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Moline Maroons (Moline, IL) and the host North Scott Lancers (Eldridge, IA), saw Moline's basketball squad wallop North Scott by a count of 64-41.
With the victory, Moline upgrades its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Maroons host McHenry (McHenry, IL) to play the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. McHenry won 76-63 in their recent non-league challenge against Phillips (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the Lancers play the Bettendorf Bulldogs (Bettendorf, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. North Scott will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 59-54 non-league loss to Sterling (Sterling, IL).
