Northwood Falcons (Shreveport, LA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA), 64-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northwood upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Falcons host Mansfield (Mansfield, LA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 3-9. Mansfield lost 65-40 in their recent non-league bout against Ringgold (Ringgold, LA)

Next up, the Chiefs play the Red River Bulldogs (Coushatta, LA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Natchitoches Central will attempt to upgrade on its 11-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 66-60 non-league win over Richwood (Monroe, LA).
