December 16, 2023: Hamburg, NJ 07419 The Pequannock Golden Panthers (Pompton Plains, NJ) basketball knocked off the host Wallkill Valley Rangers (Hamburg, NJ), 63-44 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Golden Panthers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ). The Colts go into the Northwest Jersey - Independence test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Kinnelon went down by Montville (Montville, NJ), 64-53, in a non-league test.
The Rangers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Warren Regional for a non-league test on Monday, December 18. Wallkill Valley will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 56-30 non-league win over Newton (Newton, NJ). The Patriots record now stands at 1-1.
