Alabama High School Basketball - Russell County overwhelms Shaw
December 16, 2023: Seale, AL 36875 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL) and the visiting Shaw Raiders (Columbus, GA), saw Russell County's basketball squad wallop Shaw by a tally of 67-38.
With the victory, Russell County improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Eufaula (Eufaula, AL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 18. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Eufaula won 82-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Lanett (Lanett, AL)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Northside Patriots (Columbus, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Shaw will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 77-48 non-league loss to Columbus (Columbus, GA).
