December 16, 2023: Addison, IL 60101 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Glenbard East Rams (Lombard, IL) and the host Addison Trail Blazers (Addison, IL), saw Glenbard East's basketball squad overcome Addison Trail by a tally of 39-25.
With the victory, Glenbard East improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Rams host Aurora East (Aurora, IL) to play the Tomcats in a Upstate Eight challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Tomcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-9. Aurora East lost 56-36 in their recent league challenge against Larkin (Elgin, IL)
Next up, the Blazers play the Zion-Benton Zee-Bees (Zion, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 18. Addison Trail will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Zee-Bees come into the challenge with a 2-12 record after their 51-24 non-league loss to Oak Park-River Forest (Oak Park, IL).
