The Aquinas Academy Crusaders basketball team (Gibsonia, PA), was routed 78-52 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Montour Spartans (McKees Rocks, PA)

The Spartans now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seton LaSalle for a non-league battle on Monday, December 18. Montour will battle a Rebels team coming off a 64-37 non-league win over Bishop Canevin (Pittsburgh, PA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-2.

The Crusaders (6-1) will now prepare for their battle against St. Joseph (Natrona Heights, PA). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, St. Joseph trounced Apollo Ridge (Spring Church, PA), 51-8, in a non-league battle.
