Georgia High School Basketball - Seckinger tops Berkmar
December 16, 2023: Buford, GA 30519 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA) and the visiting Berkmar Patriots (Lilburn, GA), saw Seckinger's basketball squad knock off Berkmar by a count of 52-40.
With the victory, Seckinger upgrades its record to 3-5 on the campaign. The Jaguars host M.L. King (Lithonia, GA) to play the Lions in a AAAAA Region 4 challenge on Wednesday, December 20. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 4-8. M.L. King lost 60-15 in their recent non-league challenge against Social Circle (Social Circle, GA)
Next up, the Patriots play the Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots (Johns Creek, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Berkmar will attempt to upgrade on its 1-11 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 54-50 non-league loss to Kell (Marietta, GA).
