Central Columbia Bluejays (Bloomsburg, PA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Warrior Run Defenders (Turbotville, PA), 34-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Central Columbia upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Bluejays host Mount Carmel (Mount Carmel, PA) to clash with the RED TORNADOES in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The RED TORNADOES go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Mount Carmel lost 52-31 in their recent non-league bout against Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA)

Next up, the Defenders clash with the Milton Black Panthers (Milton, PA) in a Heartland II bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Warrior Run will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Black Panthers go into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 38-27 non-league loss to Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA).
