Georgia High School Basketball - Cherokee crushes Hiram
December 16, 2023: Hiram, GA 30141 Cherokee Warriors (Canton, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Hiram Hornets (Hiram, GA), 73-47 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Cherokee upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Warriors host West Forsyth (Cumming, GA) to play the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 6-6. West Forsyth lost 63-50 in their recent non-league bout against North Forsyth (Cumming, GA)
Next up, the Hornets play the Callaway Cavaliers (Hogansville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Hiram will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Cavaliers come into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 77-17 league win over Redan (Stone Mountain, GA).
