The Lowell Red Devils basketball team (Lowell, IN), dropped 42-29 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN)

The Trojans now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kankakee Valley for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 19. Chesterton will battle a Kougars team coming off a 56-42 non-league loss to Benton Central (Oxford, IN). The Kougars record now stands at 9-4.

The Red Devils (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Rensselaer Central (Rensselaer, IN). The Bombers come into the non-league battle with a 14-0 record. In their last battle, Rensselaer Central prevailed over South Newton (Kentland, IN), 76-13, in a non-league battle.
