Kentucky High School Basketball - Corbin tops West Jessamine
December 16, 2023: Corbin, KY 40701 Corbin Redhounds (Corbin, KY) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY), 76-59 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Corbin upgrades its record to 6-0 on the campaign. The Redhounds host Meade County (Brandenburg, KY) to play the Green Waves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Green Waves come into the bout with a record of 5-1. Meade County won 58-51 in their recent non-league bout against Corydon Central (Corydon, IN)
Next up, the Colts play the Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 19. West Jessamine will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Defenders come into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 71-30 league win over Sayre (Lexington, KY).
