Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Dunmore overwhelms Mount Carmel
December 16, 2023: Dunmore, PA 18512 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Dunmore Bucks (Dunmore, PA) and the visiting Mount Carmel RED TORNADOES (Mount Carmel, PA), saw Dunmore's basketball squad wallop Mount Carmel by a tally of 70-35.
With the victory, Dunmore improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bucks travel to Honesdale (Honesdale, PA) to play the Hornets in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the RED TORNADOES play the Central Columbia Bluejays (Bloomsburg, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 19. Mount Carmel will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Bluejays come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 34-21 non-league win over Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA).
