December 16, 2023: Demarest, NJ 07456 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the NV - Demarest Norsemen (Demarest, NJ) and the visiting Lakeland Regional Lancers (Wanaque, NJ), saw NV - Demarest's basketball squad wallop Lakeland Regional by a tally of 59-29.
With the victory, NV - Demarest improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Norsemen host Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Sunday, December 31. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 3-0.
Next up, the Lancers play the West Milford Highlanders (West Milford, NJ) in a Big North - Independence challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. Lakeland Regional will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
