Larimore Polar Bears (Larimore, ND) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Medina/Pingree-Buchanan (Medina, ND), 45-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Larimore upgrades its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Polar Bears host Midway/Minto (Inkster, ND) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 4-1. Midway/Minto won 53-50 in their recent league bout against Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND)
