California High School Basketball - Mayfair topped by Woodbridge
December 16, 2023: Lakewood, CA 90713 The Woodbridge Warriors basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Mayfair Monsoons to 40 in the Warriors non-league victory on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tesoro for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Woodbridge will battle a Titans team coming off a 62-34 non-league loss to Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary (Montebello, CA). The Titans record now stands at 2-10.
The Monsoons (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Gladiators come into the non-league contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Gahr was defeated by Lakewood (Lakewood, CA), 53-35, in a non-league contest.
