In Saturday's non-league outing, the Panther Valley Panthers (Lansford, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Palisades Pirates (Kintnersville, PA), by a margin of 58-28.

The Panthers (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against North Schuylkill (Ashland, PA). The Spartans go into the Schuylkill County 1 outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, North Schuylkill smashed Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA), 48-33, in a league outing.
