California High School Basketball - Helix trounces La Jolla
December 16, 2023: La Jolla, CA 92037 The Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) basketball crushed the host La Jolla Vikings (La Jolla, CA), 45-21 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Highlanders (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Monte Vista (Spring Valley, CA). The Monarchs go into the test with a 1-2 record.
The Vikings now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Castle Park for a non-league test on Monday, December 18. La Jolla will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 22-13 non-league loss to Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 0-2.
