California High School Soccer - St. Genevieve knocks off Irvine
December 16, 2023: Irvine, CA 92604 St. Genevieve Valiants (Panorama City, CA) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Irvine Vaqueros (Irvine, CA), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Valiants confront the Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 20. St. Genevieve will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Cavaliers enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Castaic (Castaic, CA).
The Vaqueros now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Valencia for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 19. Irvine will confront a Tigers team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Brea Olinda (Brea, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-7.
