California High School Basketball - Archbishop Mitty overwhelms Alameda
December 16, 2023: Alameda, CA 94501 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) and the host Alameda Hornets (Alameda, CA), saw Archbishop Mitty's basketball squad wallop Alameda by a tally of 61-38.
With the victory, Archbishop Mitty improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to Serra (San Mateo, CA) to confront the Padres in a challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Padres come into the challenge with a record of 5-1.
Next up, the Hornets confront the Benicia Panthers (Benicia, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 22. Alameda will attempt to improve on its 8-2 season record.
