Colorado High School Basketball - Gunnison ripped by Centauri
December 16, 2023: Gunnison, CO 81230 The Centauri Falcons basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Gunnison Cowboys to 28 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Falcons now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lamar for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 19. Centauri will meet a Thunder team coming off a 46-16 non-league win over Del Norte (Del Norte, CO). The Thunder record now stands at 1-0.
The Cowboys (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against The Vanguard School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Coursers enter the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, The Vanguard School triumphed over Ellicott (Calhan, CO), 78-15, in a non-league contest.
