California High School Basketball - Ponderosa crushes Foresthill
December 16, 2023: Shingle Springs, CA 95682 Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Foresthill Wildfires (Foresthill, CA), 78-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Ponderosa upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Bruins host Inderkum (Sacramento, CA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Inderkum won 63-58 in their recent non-league bout against Whitney (Rocklin, CA)
Next up, the Wildfires play the Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 16. Foresthill will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 67-24 non-league win over Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA).
