In Monday's non-league test, the Homer-Center Wildcats (Homer City, PA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Apollo Ridge Vikings (Spring Church, PA), by a score of 69-56.

Next, the Wildcats encounter the River Valley Panthers (Blairsville, PA) in a Heritage test, on Tuesday, December 17. Homer-Center will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 5-1 record after their 66-52 league win over Purchase Line (Commodore, PA).
