Kentucky High School Basketball - Frankfort holds off DeSales
December 16, 2024: Frankfort, KY 40601 In Monday's non-league contest, the host Frankfort Panthers basketball team scored a close 55-49 triumph over the DeSales Colts.
The Panthers (7-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bluegrass United (Lexington, KY). The Bluehawks go into the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Bluegrass United was tipped by Paris (Paris, KY), 75-65, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Colts confront the Western Warriors (Louisville, KY) in a District 22 contest, on Thursday, December 19. DeSales will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 2-4 record after their 86-38 non-league loss to Spencer County (Taylorsville, KY).
