Indiana High School Basketball - Hilltop defeats Hamilton
December 16, 2024: Hamilton, IN 46742 The Hilltop Cadets (West Unity, OH) basketball were winner over the host Hamilton Marines (Hamilton, IN), 54-43 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Cadets now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Gorham Fayette for a Buckeye Border bout on Tuesday, December 17. Hilltop will play a Eagles team coming off a 56-40 non-league loss to Fairview (Sherwood, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Hamilton falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Marines travel to West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] (Winchester, IL) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-1. West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] won 60-55 in their recent league bout against Calhoun (Hardin, IL)
