Michigan High School Basketball - Kingston overwhelms Bad Axe
December 16, 2024: Kingston, MI 48741 The Kingston Cardinals basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Bad Axe Hatchets to 31 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cardinals now have a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Cass City for a non-league game on Thursday, December 19. Kingston will confront a Red Hawks team coming off a 47-30 league win over Laker (Pigeon, MI). The Red Hawks record now stands at 4-0.
With the loss, Bad Axe falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Hatchets host Caro (Caro, MI) to confront the Tigers in a Greater Thumb - West game on Tuesday, December 17. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 1-2. Caro won 56-42 in their recent non-league game against Brown City (Brown City, MI)
