The North Smithfield Northmen basketball squad (North Smithfield, RI), was outscored 49-38 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI)

With the victory, Mount St. Charles Academy advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Mounties travel to Concord Academy (Concord, MA) to meet the in a non-league battle on Monday, February 3. The enter the battle with a record of 0-0.
