Florida High School Soccer - Lecanto knocks off Leesburg

In Monday's league outing, the visiting Lecanto Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 4-0 win over the Leesburg Yellow Jackets.

The Panthers (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Springstead (Spring Hill, FL). The Eagles enter the outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Springstead by Sunlake (Land O' Lakes, FL), 8-0, in a non-league challenge.

With the loss, Leesburg moves to 0-3 on the year. The Yellow jackets host West Port (Ocala, FL) to encounter the Wolf Pack in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 6. The Wolf Pack go into the challenge with a record of 1-4.
