Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Bluegrass United Bluehawks (Lexington, KY), 56-50 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Paris upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Greyhounds host St. Patrick (Maysville, KY) to face the Saints in a non-league match on Friday, January 3. The Saints enter the match with a record of 0-0.

The Bluehawks now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frankfort for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19.
