December 16, 2024: Washington, DC 20016 Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Eastern Ramblers (Washington, DC), 65-59 in a league match.
With the victory, Jackson-Reed advances its record to 1-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC) to face the Quakers in a non-league match on Thursday, January 30. The Quakers enter the match with a record of 1-1.
The Ramblers now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ballou for a match on Wednesday, December 18.
