Maryland High School Basketball - Evergreen Christian holds off Prince George's Christian Academy
December 16, 2024: Landover, MD 20706 In Monday's league contest, the visiting Evergreen Christian Eagles basketball team scored a close 71-64 triumph over the Prince George's Christian Academy Flyers.
The Eagles (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Covenant Christian Academy (Warrenton, VA). The Golden Eagles go into the contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Covenant Christian Academy nipped JV Opponent (, ), 44-43, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Flyers confront the Springdale Prep Lions (New Windsor, MD) in a contest, on Thursday, January 16. Prince George's Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
