December 16, 2025: Pontiac, MI 48340 Pontiac Phoenix (Pontiac, MI) supporters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Brandon Blackhawks (Ortonville, MI), 76-46 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Pontiac advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Phoenix travel to Edison Academy (Detroit, MI) to face the Pioneers in a non-league match on Thursday, December 18. The Pioneers enter the match with a record of 2-2.
The Blackhawks now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Owosso for a Flint Metro contest on Friday, December 19. Brandon will battle a Trojans team coming off a 50-47 non-league win over Chesaning (Chesaning, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 1-2.
