Fennimore Golden Eagles (Fennimore, WI) boosters were thrilled Tuesday as they saw their basketball team topple the host Southwestern Wildcats (Hazel Green, WI), 50-35 in a league game.

With the loss, Southwestern falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Darlington (Darlington, WI) to confront the Redbirds in a Southwest Wisconsin Activities game on Friday, December 19. The Redbirds enter the outing with a record of 2-3. Darlington won 53-45 in their recent league outing against Mineral Point (Mineral Point, WI)
