The Alief Elsik Rams basketball team (Houston, TX), was overwhelmed 82-61 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Clear Springs Chargers (League City, TX)

The Chargers now possess a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clear Falls for a 6A Region III District 24 battle on Tuesday, December 21. Clear Springs will battle a Knights team coming off a 50-47 non-league win over Klein (Klein, TX). The Knights record now stands at 12-4.

The Rams (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against Alvin (Alvin, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the 6A Region III District 23 battle with a 11-4 record. In their last battle, Alvin trounced Caney Creek (Conroe, TX), 56-51, in a non-league battle.
