Utah High School Basketball - American Fork fells Viewmont
December 17, 2021: American Fork, UT 84003 American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Viewmont Vikings (Bountiful, UT), 63-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, American Fork upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Cavemen host Skyridge (Lehi, UT) to play the Falcons in a 6A Region 4 bout on Friday, January 7. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Skyridge won 51-50 in their recent non-league bout against Herriman (West Herriman, UT)
Next up, the Vikings play the Highland Rams (Salt Lake City, UT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 20. Viewmont will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 64-50 non-league loss to Farmington (Farmington, UT).
