The Haltom Buffalos routed the visiting Saginaw Rough Riders basketball team by a final score of 70-48 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Buffalos face the Chisholm Trail Rangers (Fort Worth, TX) in a 6A Region I District 3 game, on Tuesday, December 21. Haltom will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Rangers enter the game with a 6-4 record after their 91-26 non-league win over South Hills (Fort Worth, TX).

With the defeat, Saginaw moves to 3-12 on the year. The Rough riders host South Hills (Fort Worth, TX) to face the Scorpions in a 5A Region I District 7 game on Tuesday, December 21.
