New Mexico High School Basketball - Valencia ripped by Los Lunas
December 17, 2021: Los Lunas, NM 87031 The Los Lunas Tigers basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Valencia Jaguars to 29 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Atrisco Heritage Academy for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 21. Los Lunas will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 71-35 non-league win over Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Jaguars record now stands at 6-1.
The Jaguars (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Goddard (Roswell, NM). The Rockets enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Goddard was routed by Roswell (Roswell, NM), 67-65, in a non-league contest.
