Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the McEachern Indians (Powder Springs, GA) and the visiting South Cobb Eagles (Austell, GA), saw McEachern's basketball squad hold off South Cobb by a tally of 69-62.

With the victory, McEachern improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Grayson (Loganville, GA) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 18. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 5-1. Grayson won 56-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Sparkman (Harvest, AL)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Banneker Trojans (College Park, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 18. South Cobb will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 67-44 non-league loss to Lovejoy (Lovejoy, GA).
