Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] (Kansas, IL), 50-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Salt Fork upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Storm travel to Chrisman (Chrisman, IL) to play the Cardinals in a Vermilion Valley bout on Tuesday, December 21. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Chrisman lost 63-37 in their recent league bout against Cissna Park (Cissna Park, IL)
