Ohio High School Basketball - Upper Scioto Valley tops Temple Christian
December 17, 2021: McGuffey, OH 45859 Upper Scioto Valley Rams (McGuffey, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Temple Christian Pioneers (Lima, OH), 65-45 in a league bout.
With the victory, Upper Scioto Valley upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Kenton (Kenton, OH) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 18. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 3-2. Kenton won 54-51 in their recent league bout against Bath (Lima, OH)
Next up, the Pioneers play the New Knoxville Rangers (New Knoxville, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 18. Temple Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Rangers come into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 59-23 league loss to Versailles (Versailles, OH).
