California High School Basketball - Elk Grove holds off Edison

With the victory, Elk Grove improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Thundering Herd travel to Inderkum (Sacramento, CA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 21. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Inderkum lost 72-60 in their recent non-league test against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA)
The Vikings now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lathrop for a non-league test on Saturday, December 18. Edison will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 71-34 non-league loss to Jesuit (Carmichael, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 1-3.
