Ohio High School Basketball - Batavia nips Clermont Northeastern
December 17, 2022: Batavia, OH 45103 Batavia Bulldogs (Batavia, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Clermont Northeastern Rockets (Batavia, OH), 54-48 in a league bout.
With the victory, Batavia upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Madeira (Cincinnati, OH) to play the MUSTANGS/AMAZONS in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 20. The MUSTANGS/AMAZONS come into the bout with a record of 6-0. Madeira won 72-49 in their recent league bout against Deer Park (Cincinnati, OH)
Next up, the Rockets play the Blanchester Wildcats (Blanchester, OH) in a Southern Buckeye - National bout, on Tuesday, December 20. Clermont Northeastern will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 49-47 non-league win over Peebles (Peebles, OH).
